1-Rinse after having food,
2-Brush your teeth twice-in the morning & before going to sleep,
3-Drink plenty of water,
4.Chew sugar free gums,
5-Eat food that keeps teeth clean-Carrot, Apple, Green leaf, Sugarcane  etc.,
6-If your teeth are sensitive avoid sweet n cold food,
7-If you get dental pain until you reach the dentist ggargle with lukewarm water containing salt for short term relief.
